I woke up on a Saturday, and my vision was double
I knew before I hit the snooze, there was gonna be trouble
Made it to the hospital, and they put me back in bed
Finally the doctor came in, and this is what he said

He said "son you got some damage in the nerves behind your left eye
We'll have to run just a couple of tests to figure out why"
They did an MRI, an MRA, an ultrasound and continued on
To do a PET scan, a CAT scan, a spinal tap, and still they weren't done
Colonoscopy, laparoscopy, fluoroscopy, didn't stop there
Hooked up an EKG, an EEG, an ENG, even X-rayed my hair
Into my heart 'n' brain 'n' head 'n' chest 'n' eyes 'n' face injected and pumped
But the doctors still don't know what's goin' on the C-Guy has 'em stu
...u-ump....'t!
